The The Lovers' Guide Online Sex Toys Shop Affiliate Terms
Payment plan

You will earn 17.5% of the price (after special offers and promotional deals and prior to any tax and delivery charges) of all sales generated and actually paid for by the customer from your click-throughs.

Your sales will be cleared 30 days after a customer order, to allow time for delivery and potential returns.

At the end of each month, if you have earned over £20 GBP in cleared funds, we will pay you.

If you have that month not yet earned £20, your earnings will be carried over into the next month.

Terms and conditions

Lovers’ Guide is a registered trademark. You may not post Lovers’ Guide banners or otherwise link into the Lovers’ Guide shop from sites featuring content that in the UK would not be legal. You will not misrepresent the Lovers’ Guide, nor will you make false claims about the services the Lovers’ Guide offers. For the avoidance of misunderstanding, the Lovers’ Guide may terminate the affiliate agreement at any time and at the sole discretion of the Lovers’ Guide.

You may not send unsolicited emails – spam – promoting the Lovers’ Guide.

You agree that you are entirely liable for any tax due in relation to your earnings from the Lovers’ Guide affiliate program.

You indemnify the Lovers’ Guide against fraudulent access of your affiliate account, including in such ways as modifies your payment details. You agree that it is your responsibility to keep your log-in information safe.

In the event of any dispute as to earnings or payments, you agree that the Lovers’ Guide has the absolute right to withhold payments and that in this and all matters relating to this scheme you accept that sole judgment and discretion of the Lovers’ Guide shall be final.

The Lovers’ Guide will not be liable for indirect, special or consequential damages (or loss of revenue, profits or data) however arising in connection with this agreement or the affiliate scheme, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Further, our aggregate liability arising with respect to this agreement and the affiliate scheme will not exceed the total affiliate referral fees paid or payable to you under this agreement.

The affiliate scheme relies on cookies to track customers. If for whatever reason, the customer is not using cookies, or the cookie expires or the customer deletes the cookie, they cannot be tracked and you will not earn commission for any sales that customer may make.

The term of this agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your application and will end when terminated by either party. Either you or the Lovers’ Guide may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written or emailed notice of termination. Your site is subject to periodic review. If we determine at any point after acceptance into our scheme that your site is not suitable for the scheme, we may unilaterally end the status of your site as an affiliate.

We may modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this agreement, at any time and in our sole discretion, by posting a new agreement on our site. Your continued participation now, or within thirty days following the posting notice of any changes in these terms and conditions, will constitute a binding acceptance by you of such rules, changes or modifications. Lovers’ Guide is a trading name of Lifetime Productions International Lt and is a registered trademark.
